Each small Easy to swallow capsule contains 125mg of white kidney beans, which contain phaseolamin — an inhibitor of the enzyme alpha-amylase. 

Directions:

Take 2 capsules with a glass of water daily, 20 minutes before a high Carbohydrate meal.
