Royal mail give these tracked time frames as a guide, but though experience, I find them very reliable.

Free Delivery - All orders to the value of £19.99 or greater will receive free delivery (applicable to orders delivered to UK only - up to 4kg in weight)
Returns & Refunds
In the unlikely event that goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify us in writing via the e-mail address shown below within 7 days. After verification, the goods should be returned to us, together with any relevant documentation in case a claim needs to be made against the carrier.
