Each two-capsule serving provides:

Sage Extract 4:1 - 150mg (equivalent to 600mg of Sage Leaf)
Royal Jelly 3:1 - 100mg (equivalent to 300mg of Royal Jelly)
Vitamin B6 - 10mg
Vitamin D3 - 20μg (equivalent to 800iu)
Vitamin E natural - 12mg

Directions: Take one to two capsules a day with food, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
